Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have dual custeady of my 2 kids .the father has not been doing things as told and last 5 years no child support paid made me sign paper that he paid cash.i want complete custeady either he keeps the kids or i do.if i have the kids he has no visitation nothing what so ever even to say these are my kids .i dont even want child support i want him out .if he want the kids same i will never see the kids or have anything to do with him.is it possible by law

No, the law will not allow you to do this unless he has done something so seriously wrong that his rights could be terminated. You can go after him for the back chid support.
