If a DWOP happens, then does the temporary order become final, or what order do you go by?

If a case is dismissed then the temporary orders go away. They were temporary and designed not to be permanent.
So what do you do now?
Either (1) do nothing or (2) ask to reinstate the case if it has only been a few days or (3) start over from scratch.
I encourage you to hire an attorney if you want to do do #2 or #3.
If you want to ask to reinstate, time is flying by -- you must file a motion to reinstate immediately and a judge must have a hearing & sign an order re-instating the case.
Otherwise, the case is over.
I hope this answer is helpful.
