earn out

I was awarded 50% of earn out.

Without notice, my part of earn out was

reinvested into my ex-husband's

company that had recently been bought

out. Do I have legal recourse?

Yes. Your money is in your ex husband's new business. Need to file a motion for enforcement. Find a lawyer. Good Luck.
