What is the easiest way to file a motion to alter custody if both parents are in agreement and it will not be contested?

You would still need to file a Motion to Modify, but if everything is agreed to, the non-filing party would sign a Waiver of Citation and both would sign a Modification Order changing custody. I can assist you with this simple process. If interested, give me a call at 713-600-5500.
