When does a judge's order take effect? Is it at the time the judge decides what the order will be or is it when the order is signed by the jude?

Re: Effective date of Judge's order

The order is effective immediately; however, there is a difference of when the order is entered, or signed by the judge for purpose of setting it aside. In other words, the order needs to be sign in order for it to be set aside. Hope this helps.
