emancipated
can i legally move out of my grandparents house i am 16 with a baby? and my boyfriend is 20 and we live together and my grandparents know it, if i am pregnant can they get him for statuory rape, even though it was willing and they know we live together sleep together and they know we are having sexual intercourse?

You are not emancipated unless a judge says that you are emancipated.
Clearly, you are not getting great counsel from grandparents or boyfriend.
Find someone ANYONE that has some life experience, that you will listen to, and get some help and guidance.
I don't know anything about your grandparents, but if they are willing to give you a roof over your head -- take it appreciatively, and work on a plan for your life.
