Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Emancipation and college tuition

I am currently attending a University and I am wondering if filing for emancipation will help with my financial aid. I now include my parents on my FAFSA but they make quite a bit of money so I do not receive much help with tution, though I am the one paying. I do not live with them and I have a full time job. Is there anything I can do?

You can accomplish this with a Petition to Remove Disabilities. You might be able to find a form in the law library. If you want my help with this call me at 1-888-243-0560. I can help you for a nominal fee.
