Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
emergency custody
My friend is facing a messy divorce.
his attorney is not putting forth any REAL effert in this issue regarding matters of real property and the issue of the childrens safety, that we feel is being comprimised. his wife leaves them alone un-attended for many hours. they are an emotional wreack, failing grades, and physical injuries that were sustained while
in her care. this along side with the medication that the children are recieving is having a direct effect on there welfare. the ages of the children(two Boys) are 11 and twelve. his attorney is not putting forth the kind of aggressive action that my friend is seeking. would you please offer some kind of input that would be benificial?

Re: emergency custody
The answer is obvious to this question - if the attorney is not doing the job, fire him and find a new attorney who will.
