Re: Emergency

Rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure provides that for an agrremnet to be binding that it must be reduced to writing, signed off on by the applicable parties/attorneys and filed with the Court. There is no necessary form that must be involved, but simply a writing that evidences the agreement filed with the Court. I am in the Houston area, so if you want to visit more, please contact me directly.

Re: Emergency

Based on what you have written, a Rule 11 Agreement is an agreement established under Rule 11 of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and presented to the court. These agreements generally allow the parties and the attorneys to minimize the involvement of the court into the legal proceeding at hand. If my local family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
