Re: end visitation and continue to get child support

If you do nhot follow the court ordered visitation, you can be held in contempt of court and go to jail.

Visitation continues until the day the kid turns 18.

If there are abuse allegations, then you definately need to consult with an attorney about revising current visitation orders.

A child cannot determine if he visits his parents.

If you cannot control a 13 year old, many judges will change primary custody to the other parent.

Your child has not even started high school and many judges are tired of seeing teen-agers quit high school or get their girl friends pregnant because they primary parent could not control them.
