Enforcement of a Court Order

I want what measures I can take to get visitation rights enforced. I have tried local police and they tell me its a legal issue. What can I do.

You need to file a Petition for Enforcement/Contempt in the court that issued your divorce decree. An attorney will do this for you. If you are unable to retain an attorney, go to the law library at the courthouse or nearby university. The librarian cannot give you legal advice, but can steer you in the right direction. Good luck. File a contempt action with an agressive attorney.
