enforcements and changes

I recently got married to a guy who lives in Texas. My son and I recently moved to Houston, because of my new husband job. My ex husband is trying to force me to stay in vermont. but i have sole custody and Informed him about the move. Now i live in texas with my new husband and son and to orginal Divorce papers were in vermont. can my ex file enforcement or motify the order up there or will it need to be done here in tExas

It appears that your move is fairly recent, and as such, you may want to repost your question to include distribution to Vermont lawyers. Texas decrees often have geographical restrictions, and your Vermont decree might as well.
