enforcing custody in another state

I have custody of my grandson. My daughter took him out of school in pennsylvania and took him to live in Texas. How do I go about getting him back? She had custody at the time she took him.

Re: enforcing custody in another state

If you had a court order granting you primary custody with the right to determine the child's residence, you must file a motion to enforce, obtain an order and get the order enforced by a TX court. You should see a lawyer in your area to begin this process.
