Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Enforcing a judgement for attorney's fees

If I was granted a judgement for reimbursment of attoneys fees during a child custody case, and the Judge wrote in the findings of facts & conclusion (but not in the order) that the judgement is to be collected ''in the nature of child support'' does that mean I can ask for a child support lien on his normally exempt assets as per section 42.005 of the Texas Property Code? Is there any chance the AG's office will collect the judgement due to the ''in the nature of child support'' wording, even though its a judgement and not child support?

You must have had an attorney in this matter. Ask him or her this question.
