Am I entitled to continued child support?
My son turns 18 soon, he recently moved to his dad's house. He will attend college paid for by his dad.My question is am I still entitled to receive support for our daughter who lives with me even though he will be paying for community college for our son? He stopped paying support when our son moved to his house. Am I also entitled to the retro amount he should have been paying since our son moved?

Without a court ordered modification, he is still obligated to pay the support. The court might give him credit for the time the son was with him. Unless the order is specific about the child support for one or two children, he would be obligated to pay the child support as ordered.
