Establishing Paternity
My girlfriend is pregnant but can't get the divorce final from her ex. How can I establish paternity

That depends on your goal.
I don't think her ex is stopping the divorce, the pregnancy is. And paternity is. Impossible for me to know what other issues are.
I would suggest that you hire an attorney to intervene in the case as to the unborn child. Courts will not 'bastardize' a child. You need to legally assert yourself as the parent, financially.
