Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I name my 3 children and my wife to share my estate equally. what would happen to my house? would my wife have a claim that some of my property was actually joint property giving her a superior claim? we live in Texas.

You should consult with a Wills and Estates Attorney, as your question relates more to that area of law, than Family Law. Beneficiaries only inherit what is yours to give, and half of the marital estate belongs to your wife.
