is it ethical for the divorce attorney to sleep with my wife before the divorce is leagl

This is a point of embarassment for moral Texas attorneys. Texas recently defeated a measure that would have made it unethical. It's stupid, immoral, and a really bad idea. But the attorney probably can't get in trouble for it.

(I'm assuming he's representing your wife. If he's representing YOU, then YES, sleeping with an opposing party is unethical.)
