Re: evading child support

You will either need to hire an investigator or lawyer, or become one. Your (probably accurate) suspicions will not be enough to prove that he is employed. An investigator can document his daily behaviors that demonstrate he is working. An attorney can engage in discovery that will force the turnover of paper and electronic evidence of employment. Further if he is deliberating under-employed, the attorney can ask that he be held to a standard consistent with his education and experience.
