Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-boyfriend, father of my son. Has always been violent towards me our whole relationship. he recently gave me a black eye, i filed a police report so there is proof. He has also been slightly violent towards my son, just by yanking a bottles out of his mouth. But no one witnessed it but me! Do you think that I'll be able to get full custody with supervised visitations on weekends.

It is possible for you to get custody and that the Court will require supervised visitation for the father, but that is hard to say without knowing all of the facts.
