my ex-husband won't approve surgery for child

Is it possible for me to get him to

approve the surgery if i take him to

court? We have joint conservatorship.

Yes, if you have the medical evidence to back you up, the judge might order the surgery, and might delete the necessity for the exhusband to approve future medical intervention.
