My ex-husband has another child that I believe poses a threat to the two children we have together. I have primary custody. Can I prevent my children from being around his other child?

Yes, but you'll need to go to Court and ask for a modification of your order - you'll ask that it be modified to include a provision that orders your husband not to allow your children to be around this other child.
