Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my ex-husband who is a cop will not let me talk nor see my lil girl have not seen her since mother's day an only got to c her for 2 hours he had my lil girl get on tha phone 2 weeks ago an tell me she loves me an wants me to get my life together than paused an said what to i tell her what do i say my ex-husband is coaching my 6 in a half old lil girl an who knows what he has told her he is remarried an is trying to keep me out of her life bc my lil girl is a mommas lil girl an has told her father she wanted to live with her me please lead me in a direction i need to go in to fight for my lil girl who needs her mother an lil brother an we need her just as much please i want my lil girl i want to c her so bad he told me to take him to court i have made a report at tha sheriff's office where he lives an is a cop an they said it was a cival matter please help me

Your ex-husband has to comply with the court order. You'll want to read it carefully.

If he doesn't obey the order, you can sue him for contempt. You'll need a lawyer to do this.
