Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-husband took me to court for custody of our twins. He had it stated the my current husband, could not have an contact with the kids. If my husband did then my rights would be taken. At the time we went to court, I did not have a lawyer. So I agreed to the terms. It has been several years since we went to court. My ex-husband now agrees that it is ok for my husband to be around the kids. How can i get this order changed. I do not have the money to hire an attorney.

Rule one, stop going to court without a lawyer. Do you do your own surgery? Prescribe your own drugs?

Don't go to court without a lawyer.

File a motion to modify the previous order.
