Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-husband and I have been divorced for a couple years and I carry our son on my insurance and pay for all his medical bills/dentist bills/prescriptions. I receive a small amount of child support, but I thought the father was suppose to be the one to carry the child on insurance and was responsible for all medical expenses/dental/prescriptions. Is this right?

Look at your order (the decree, or the last modifying order). That's what controls.

Usually the father is responsible for insurance.
