Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-husband and I divorced in 2010 and I currently have primary custody of the children and he pays child support to me. He wants to add 3 more days of visitation to the original order and I agreed to the days. What do we need to do to modify the order

You can do nothing - I bet your current orders starts with "if the two of you agree, you can do anything you want but absent agreement the SPO applies..."

File a modification at the courthouse. It's easy and there is no waiting period to file the final document like in a divorce.

I recommend you hire an attorney to help you. Of course, you can try to do it yourself. Go to any law library and try to figure it out.

If you are in the Houston area and you only need me to do the paperwork, call me.

I also mediate but I don't think you need a mediator.
