Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-husband and I have our house in both of our names. I have not lived in the house for 14 years. He currently lives in the house and pays the note each month. I want the house out of my name and he is not complying. What are my options to get the house out of my name if he is not able to refinance due to his financial problems?
