Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My exhusband was involved with a lady that was married, but separated.. She ended up pregnant. Why is he involved in her divorce decree? Supposedly she had a miscarriage.. but how can I confirm that?

A child born to a married woman (the "married lady") is presumed to be a "product" of the marriage. Your husband is "involved" in her divorce because he is the REAL father, and the "married lady's" husband (ex-husband) doesn't want to be required to support someone else's child.
The only way I can think of to confirm the miscarriage is to intervene in the divorce case and do some discovery.
