Ex-Husband on Mortgage/Home Ins.

At this time I am not working but my current husband is, so would I need to refiance in both of our names?

The equity amount that I have to pay my ex-husband is 17,500.00 plus 6% annual interest. So as long as there is a set price on what I would have to pay him within 9 years could I make the home improvements as long as everything is changed in our names?

I assume you had an attorney during your divorce. You need to be asking these questions of him or her.
