Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Ex-husband requested and signed voluntary termination of parental rights. I signed child support modification stating he no longer was required to pay. He went 18 months without paying and both parties had signed termination papers. He got remarried and new wife wants my kids so he has filed for revocation. Papers never went to court due to in his termination he requested my current husband to adopt and that was what we were starting to pursue. He paid nothing in the 18 months. Papers were signed and witnessed by his attorney. Are there any cases stating this is unjust and does he have a leg to stand on?

My reading of your question is that he signed everything but you failed to complete the case. He probably cannot revoke the affidavit of voluntary termination (see. Tex. Family Code sections 161.103 and 161.1035).
