Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My soon to be exhusband whom i have been seperated from since jan 08 emailed our mortage company to get my drivers license number, the lady from the mortage company supplied him with that information even though we are still legeally married is she allowed to do that?

Driver's license numbers are obtainable from a number of sources. If he didn't get it there he probably could have gotten it somewhere else, and there are several places where driver's license numbers are required in divorce paperwork.
