Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My soon to be exhusband signed a lease for a one bedroom lease. He wants night visitation with the children but he has no beds or a room of theirs. How will the court view this living situation?

It depends on their age, gender, etc. The children should have a safe, healthy place to say with reasonable privacy and socially normative sleeping arrangements. On the other hand, resist the urge to use this as an opportunity to drive a wedge between your husband and the kids.
