Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My ex-husband has become more unstable over the past few years and my son is miserable when he's in his custody. We're afraid to take him to court because he's verbally abusive and intimidates us. What do you advise us to do?

Take him to court to put a stop to the abuse. Your son can ask for supervised visitation because of his fear, and you can have that put in place, too.

I absolutely agree with Attorney Henley. You need to be the adult & act like a parent. Hire a tough, smart attorney & protect your kid.
I do CPS mediations. If CPS gets called, CPS will put this child is foster care because you did not protect your child from this "unstable" man.
