Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-husband has violated the terms of our divorce decree by taking our daughter out of the counties of residence stated in the decree and moving her more than 200 miles away. Now I do not see her more than once or twice a year when I am supposed to see her every other weekend. How do I go about holding him in contempt of court and getting my daughter back or just getting him to move to the area he is supposed to reside in?
