Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my ex-husband works on commission - and he is making 100k a year, and we have one kid - does he owe 20% of that what he makes in child support ?

He must only pay what the court says he must. If he makes more money, you need to file a motion to modify the child support to increase it.
