Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Ex-husband's girlfreind posing as mother

My ex-husband has a live in girlfreind who has identified herself as the ''mother'' of my daughter since 2005 on official documents (i.e, school records and medical records). Is this violating my rights? Is there anything the law can do for me?

If this issue is worth pursuing for you, you can file a Motion with the court having jurisdiction over your divorce action. Ask the court to enjoin her from calling herself your child's mother.
