Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Expanded Standard Possession

I'm asking for ESP orders with the court. Does this mean that child support payments will be waived if my ex and I share our children 50/50. Also, she is active duty and can I request in the divorce decree that she be limited to assignments stateside only- no overseas?

Re: Expanded Standard Possession

Regarding child support payments, having the kids 50% of the time does not eliminate c.s. automatically.

If you don't have an attorney, you need to hire one.

With active military, there are some new Texas laws to protect their rights and their visitation.

Please talk to your attorney about your situation. This free website is not appropriate for you to be shopping for answers.
