Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

expired lega papers?

Paid lawyer in July 2007, she gave me typed papers.. I have yet to have the other party sign the legal papers. Is there a expiration date on legal forms .. for both parties to sign? Will I have to repay again? tis is dealing with child visitation issues and we have not come to a complete agreement and need more time..

Talk to your lawyer.

Papers do not expire, per se. Pleadings with the court can be dismissed if no action is taken within the court's deadlines.
