Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-wife is in the army and will be leaving for Kuwait in January. She has custody of our 2yr old daughter. Instead of leaving her with me, she wants to send her to live in New York with her mother.

What are my rights?

1. Read your decree.

2. If mediation is ordered, you must do that 1st. If so, time is running out.

3. Go to court and ask the judge what to do.

4. As a parent, you are #2! Not a grandmother!!
