My exwife was awarded our house in our divorce and is now defaulting on the loan. What can I do?

You didn't tell us, but I assume that it was a joint loan, that is, that both you and the ex-wife signed the note, but only SHE was awarded the house.

Check your divorce paperwork; see if there was a special warranty deed. In fact, call the lawyer who did your divorce. You may have the right to take over the payments and get the house all to yourself.
