Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-wife and I bought a house together because we were trying to work things out. Things didn't work out and we are now going our separate ways. She has locked me out of the house and won't let me back in. She demands that I sleep in my car and says if I try to get in, she's going to file a restraining order on me. What can I do to get back in our house?

It's your house, and you live there. Call a locksmith, show him your driver's license to prove you live there (and utility bills also), and ask him to unlock your door.

Let Mom call the police all she wants; the cops will probably say it's a civil matter (and not take any action).

Let her "file a restraining order" all she wants.
