Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
When my ex-wife and I were together CPS took my nephew away from my brother and we took him in. My ex and I have separated and she no longer allows me to see my nephew. What can I do to see him. She also tells me that my name wasn't on the custody papers and its just hers, how can I find out if this is true.? Can I fight for my nephew's custody?

The "custody papers" are a court order, and they are a public record; you can go down to the courthouse and get a copy.
Yes, you can (probably) ask for custody of your nephew.
