my exwife dosnt use child support for the kids. i still have to buy school clothes back packs shoes and i provide them everything they need while at my house. what can i do? dont mind supporting my kids just hate that i do and yet they still have nothing.

Maybe you are entitled to contest the conservatorship arrangement, but it will depend on far more factors than you are presenting here. A consultation with an attorney would likely explore issues such as: Is she providing a roof over their head? Food? Heat? Electricity? How many children are there, how much are you paying, how much does it cost to provide the basic necessaries? Does she have addiction issues - do you have evidence that your support is spent on those issues? You are obligated to provide for them while in your care - in fact the Legislature factored that in when arriving at the percentages guidelines for support. Retain an attorney to file a modification, if he/she provides options that you believe are in the children's best interests. Good luck.
