Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

ex-wife

A friend's ex-wife is a lawyer's assistant here in my area. She uses that to threaten him to do what she wants. She has even threatened me. She has told us that she can make my life a living hell and cause me to lose my child. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Sure, ignore her, and stop letting her bully you. An anecdote: years ago, a legal assistant in a local large law firm sent emails to my client with the automatic law firm signature at the bottom of each email. It was subtle, but effective intimidation to my client. I copied and forwarded the email to her boss. Didn't hear another peep from her.
