Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
ex-wife interfering with our raising
My husband ans i had gotting married in March of this year.
He has custody of his 16 almost 17 year old son.
His ex-wife is now trying to talk their son into coming to live with her.
She lives with their next to the oldest son and his wife.(not in her own place).
She goes to bars all the time,
and has 5 different guys that we know for a fact,
she is sleeping with for gas and money for her prepaid phone.
She doesn't have a satble enviroment.We do.
But we have rules and she don't.
For example: we found out that the 16 year old was sleeping with a 15 year old
(14 when they started having sex). So we put an end to the relationship.
Or so we thought, his ex-wife lets their sons still see the 15 year old.
And has no problem about defying us.He is very hatful now and cusses out his father and me.
And now thinks i'm the problem.
