Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex-wife is moving out of state with our 4 children and our decree says we have to have a written agreement filed with the court. What should be written in the agreement so there is no trouble. I don't have any conflict with this as it is not that far a distance. We have already agreed to the over 100 ml visitation order in our decree.
