Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my ex-wife slapped my son in the face yesterday and his face hit their fridge,he claims she hit him twice with the same result.his sisters confirmed what he said.there is a faint bruise this morning and i dont know what i can do.he is 11 and his sisters are 9 and 6.altho i know this is not the first time i have yet to be able to get any reports filed by the sheriffs dept.i did call cps but,by the time they investigate the bruise will be gone.he was also threatened by a 20 yr old ?

File a motion to modify and a motion for psychological evaluation of the child. If there is trouble, the psych eval should reveal it and it will be powerful evidence in court to have ex-wife's periods of possession supervised.
