Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My exwife sued me for more child support, the judge rule in her favor but she dint like the outcome so she still havent sing the ruling. So how lon she has left before the judge dismiss the case

Depends on the judge. Some judge's will DWOP (dismiss for want of prosecution) if they don't have an order within 30 days. Some will let it languish for a very long time. I can't tell from your question what county or court you are in, so I can't tell you with any more specificity than that.
