failure of father to not have child home for me to pick up

What can i do if my child is not at fathers when i go to pick him up?? Can i call police???

Use common sense. Has he absconded with your child? Is he hididng your child? Or is he a few minutes late returning home?

Call the police if you have a reasonable cause to fear for your child's well-being. (You may need a certified copy of your orders).

If the father is routinely late by an extended time, or is abusing the visitation provisions, hire a lawyer to file a Petition for Contempt.
