False Claim

My wife after 3 years of marraige filed for divorce...in the Order she has claimed that she feels that ou child is in danger because of to issues that even she was around when they happened.. 1st issue was my son got a hold of a dime. we did not know this until he started choking I ( being certified in CPR and First aide) i jumped up and assisted my son and he coughed up the Coin the second issues was my wife was in the shower I just go off work and was sitting on the couch my we had a Baby gate to block our son from getting in the kitchen..well at the age of about 2 1/2 years old my son climbed over the gate. i at the time was not aware until I hear a cabenet door closed. as i run into the kitchen and my son had a bottle of cleaner. I smelled his breath called poison control and explained to them what happened and they said there was no worry unless he swollowed a large amount. and to keep an eye on him. My Wfe is saying that I am the unfit Parent. what must i do to protect myself and what would i do if she brings it up in court?
